LORD ROBERTS AFLOAT FOR ENGLAND. TWO IRISH NATIONALISTS KICKED OUT. SCHRIENER'S SUCCESSOR. LONDON, Dec. 12. Received 13th, 12.52 a.m. Lord Roberts, his wife, and daughter have sailed from Capetown for England. The Irish Nationalists Convention in Dublin, have, at Mr Wm. O'Brien's instance, expelled Messrs Tim Healey and J. L. Carew, member for Meath, from the Parliamentary party. The editor of Onsland, an Afrikander organ, has been elected for Malmesbury electorate in the Cape Assembly, vice Mr W. P. Schriener, who resigned owing to his constituents censuring his attitude with reference to the Treason Bill.
