Sic, — I am unaware under what borough authority the Park Avenue is bub would like to -draw attention to the fact that since the paddocks to the east of it have, been laid down in crop it appears to be used for grazing purposes. It. is not uncommon to find cows and horses peacefully reposing on the pathway at night, which to a cyclist is rather awkward,"as it is difficult to avoid falling off whilst jumping over a cow or horse at night. la the daytime the path is almost unfit to walk along. Trusting that by your drawing attention to the nuisance it will be abated and thanking you for' insertion. — I am, etc., Nobth Road.
