Following are the prices current at yesterday’s sales] for wools in the grease Merino super, 13d to 141 do medium, lid to 12Jd ; do inferior, 9d to 10Id; do pieces, good to super, 9d to IM ; halfbred super, 12d to 13Jd; do medium, lOd to 11 Jd ; do inferior, 7d to Odfdo pieces, good to super, 8d to 103 d ; crossbred super, 9d to lOjd; do medium, 7d to Bjd ; do inferior, 5Jd to OJd; do pieces, good to super, Od to fid; longwool sup.-r, 8d to Old; do medium, OJd to 7ld; do inferior, fljd to 6}d; do pieces, 4d to Cd. The highest piices previously red sei in Christchurch sales were 12d for merino in 1882 and 14d for halfbred in 1890.
