(By„Tklb graph.) Dunedin, July 13. Fat Cattle—l 73 head yarded, mostly medium quality. For some drafts of prime there was spirited competition and prices were equivalent to quite 22s Gd per 1001 b. Prime bullocks, L 9 to LlO-one extra prime, Lil 10s ; good, L 7 10s ; medium, L 6 to L 7 ss; light, L 4 to L 5 10s ; prime cows and heifers, L 6 to L 7 10s ; good, L 4 to L 5 15s ; aged and inferior, L2 to L 3 10s. Fat Sheep—lBs6 penned, mostly ewes of indifferent quality. Good ewes or wethers were in demand and being in short supply sold at an advance on last week’s values. Prime crossbred wethers (not heavy) 14s to 15s; medium, 12s to 13s: light, 10s 6d to Ils 6d; good crossbred ewes, Ils to 12s 6d; medium, 9s to 10s; inferior, 5s to 7s 6d. Fat lambs of decent quality brought 8s to 9s Gd. Pigs—Only 70 forward. The few bacon pigs entered commanded extreme prices. Heavy bacon pigs,sos to 60s; c rdinary, 38s to 495; porkers, 30s to 355; slips, 14s to 20s; suckers, 5s to Bs.
