Trade Dispute.
(By Telegraph.) Wellington, July 12. A dispute in the plumbing trade was before the Conciliation Board this afiernoon. It transpired that there was very little in dispute, the employers having agreed to give tho Is 4d an hour asked for and to a number of other stipulations. The dispute would have been settled outside but for a hitch over the constitution of a full week’s woik and one or two other minor points, These have been submitted to a committee repiesenting employers and employes with a view to an amicable settlement.
