Order made for payment of amount due, L 4 Is 9d, on or before 6th December, in default ten days’ imprisonment. H. Carswell and Co v. Malcolm Macdonald (Wyndham)—Claim L2212s 6d.—Mr Hall for the plaintiffs and Mr Finn for the defendant who was examined at length as to his means and as to the disposal of the proceeds of a farm he had sold for. L6OO. He had given orders upon the ’auctioneers for an amount m excess of the purchase money. His liabilities, he stated, were greater than his assets and ho supposed he would have to file. He had been served with a bankruptcy notice at the instance of the J. G. Ward Company.—His Worship said that at present no order would be made.
