LONDON, Nov. 30. The Russian Government having ordered the closing of a Roman Catholic church in a Polish town the troops expelled the congregation, killing 20 and wounding a hundred. The remainder fled, but were pursued by Cossacks and many of them drowned while crossing a river. The capture of King Lobengula is again reported. In the Privy Council the appeal case Black v. the Christchurch Finance Company, judgment has been reserved.
