SYDNEY, Mar. 29. Received 30th, 1.10 a.m. Parliament will probably conclude at the end of this week. The proposal to have a short session later on to discuss one or two important subjects has-been abandoned, and Parliament will resume in August, when it is expected that an Electoral Bill will be immediately introduced. BRISBANE, Mar. 29. Received 30th, 1.10 a.m. Parliament was opened to-day. In the Speech from the Throne the necessity was shown for immediately removing the restrictions respecting the employment of coloured labour, and authority was also asked for the construction of railways on the land grant system. It was explained that the latter system was necessitated owing to the condition of the money market precluding the obtaining of a loan. It was hoped that time will admit of a discussion on the Federal Bill, and a measure will be introduced to give effect to a proposal for the establishment of provinces.
