Ballance ? Your regular correspondent, Mr Thomas Buxton takes a deep interest in these matters, and has evdently a lot of spare time to digest them. Perhaps he could be induced to let your readers have his opinion as to the qualifications necessary for seats in the Legislative Council ; whether Colonel Feldwick or Mr Kinross are suitable selections for it, and to give us his versiou of Lord Onslow's departure to look after his English estates.
