The settlement of the Van Dieman's Land Bank amalgamation is still uncompleted, owing to the obstruction of the Govornment. Ministers are evidently divided. The Premier is averse to the Treasury bills being placed on the London market till the bank has obtained the requisite coin from other sources. Several other Ministers favour handing over the Treasury bills without these restrictions, and a Ministerial crisis is threatened. ADELAIDE, Sept. 16.
