NOTIOBIS HERBBY GIVEN" that the dog registration fees were duo on Ist January, the license fee for each dog being FIVE SHILLINGS, except in certain cases as provided for in The Dog Registration Act Amendment Act, 1890," namely :— " Any shepherd or drover not being a resident of any borough or town district, or any farocer, shall, upon making and signing, the declaration that his dog or dogs is or are kept solely for the purpose ot berding or driving of sheep or cattle, be entitled to have any number of cheep or cattle dogs not exceeding three registered *npon payment of a fee not exceeding two shillings and sixpence each ; and if any such declaration be false or nutrue, the pen on wilfully making *uch false declaration shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding twenty pounds or to imprisonment tot any period not exceed ing one month." The .registration fee for each dog under such declaration is fixed by County Council at TWO SHILLINGS AND SIXPENCE.
