MELBOURNE, Nov. 1. The Ministry have resigned and Mr JMunro has been summoned to form a Government. Thirty-Kix members who voted with the late Government have resolved to form an Opposition under the leadership of Messrs Gillies and Deakin. The Trades Council has received a format letter announcing the withdrawal of the j marine officers, stating that they no longer , wish to remain the only stumbling block to a peaceful settlement.
