LtBTTER CARRIERS' DELIVERY; Deliveries by Lettor Carriers are made dailyTown delivery at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Suburban daiivery at 10.30 a.m. MAILS WILT, CLOSE AB FOLLOWS .— Mails for Karamea, per Nile, will close at West Port ;;t 7 p.m., on the sth December. Ine s.s. Richmond will 1/ave Auckland for Tonga, Samoa, and Tahiti, on Tuesday, Bth Novembsr. vonday, the 11th inst., Will Ba observed as a Post Ofnc; Holiday. All mails for dispatch on that day will be closed at 6 a.m. The < eiegraph office will be opened from 9 a.m. till 10 a.m. and from 7 pm. till 8 p.m. The Telephone offi c will be open as usual. On Saturday, the Pth, a de&very by letter carriers will be made over the counter from 7 till 8 pm. and thd town and suburban receivers cl-ared at 7 p.m. Late letters prepaid Id in addition to the ordinar> postage, may now be posted for idataura, Gore, Waipahi, Clinton, and unnedin by afternoon train to Clinton. Parcels ior despatch tinder the foreign parcels post system will ba received at any Post Office, The rsgulations uader which parcels will be received and delivered, may be obtained on application at the Chief Post Office (Signed) J.
