I'be oniy bell of the Ur <• nat can be heard at all when the wind is contrary, is that of the Primitive Methodist church ia Doa street, whxh to-day began to ring at about five minute* to 11 o'clock and stopped at tbe hour. For the benefit and comfort, of woifbippers I would suggest that come airangement should be come to so that the bed should be rung on Sunday from 10.45 to 11 a.m and from 615 p.ca to 630 p.m. St. Jobn's is the only one that keeps correct tine, but then it caDDOt be heard.— l am, & c<i Late for Ohokch. 9;h Bept. ______________„
