ALLKGED AE3ON, Rudolph Radka waß charged with having on tbe 4th September wilfully, maliciously, and feloniously set fire to the dwelling house of AmeiiaTozza inTeviot street, the said Amelia Tozzi and others being then in the house.— -On the application of the police tbe accused waa remanded till tbe , 17th inst, BYLAW CASES. Ssveral resident* of North Invercargill were fined in the usual amountß for permitting horses and cattle to wander at large, ,
