The P. and O. steamship Ball ant, with the inward mails via Brindisi and Suez, dated London, June 27th, arrived at King George's Sound this morning. SYDNEY, July 29. Arrived, yesterday morning'— Union steamship Tarawera, from New Zealand. News has been received here that the steamship Taiwana, which left Hong Kong, July 4th, for Sydney, grounded on a reef on the Australian coast. The efforts which have been made to float the vessel' have as yet proved unsuccessful.
