[By Telegraph. J Christchurch, Feb. 9. The result of the play tO-day was rather a surprise, and it is considered that Canterbury ought now to win easily. Inthe bowling and fielding for Canterbury there was great improvement, and an equal falling off in the Ta«manian team. The match will be finished on Monday.
