V/ have recived iustructions from the proprietors, to sell by auction, in the Prince of Wales Hotel, Invercargill, on Saturday, 16tb December, at 2 p.m., THE "SPBINGBANK" ESTATE WAIANIWA, Consisting of about 2000 acres agricul. tural land, ring-fenced and subdivided into nine farms of lrom 200 to 300 acres each, five of which are more or less improved, and in crop or grass. The above property is situated in the centre of a thickly-settled district, about 17 miles from Invercargill, and 7 miles from Waianiwa railway station, on the Invercargill- River ton railway. The land is composed of fine undulating terraces, bearing, where unimproved, heavy flax and silver tussqek, and is nil ploughable, with the exception of a small portion covered with heavy timber. The soil is of good quality, and capable of growing any kind of root aud grain crop. It will be offered in lots ranging from 200 to 300 acres in extent, and sold on the following liberal terms : — For Cultivated Farms — 20 per cent cash ; 10 per cent in 1 yeai ; 10 in 2 years; balance in 7 years.
