Garrett, have been returned, and Messrs W. J. Foster, John Davies, and J. S. Prrnell have been rejected. Sir Henry Parkes has been elected for Tenterlield without opposition. The Hon. J. Watson, Colonial Treasurer, has been rejected for Young constituency by two votes. Received Dec. 5, 1F52, 1 25 a xa. ADELAIDE, Dec. 4. Sir William Jervois has received a tidegram from lihrl Kimborloy, Secretary ot' Stato for tlie Colonic.*-, desiring him to enter, upon Ins duties as Governor of New Zealand in January next.
