The latest report announces that Dr Ta.it is now expiring, and all hopes of his recovery have been abandoned. CONSTANTINOPLE, Dec. 1. A new Turkish Ministry has been formed under Ahmed Vefyc Pasha, a Grand Vizier ; Safuel Pasha has beeu appointed Foreign Minister, and Husne Pasha, Minister of War.
