Any person who considers himself aggrieved by his own name or any other person being entered on, or omitted from, the Roll of the Riding, or by the number of votes allotted to him or any other person therein being more or fewer than that to which he or such Person is entitled under " The Counties Act, 1876," may on or before the 29th day of December, apply for relief to the Resident Magistrate's Court which is the nearest to the place where the Roll of the Riding is kept. For Clinton at 5.3.5 p.m. instead of 3.55 p.m. For Elbow at 6.0 p.m instead of 4.10 P'm. For Riverton, etc., at 6.15 p.m. instead of 4.55 p.m. The 5.15 p.m. from Bluff will not leave till 6.10 p.m., and the 6.10 p.m. from Riverton, will not leave till 7.30 p.m. FARES : Excursion tickets issued at Dunedin to Invercargill on 12th and 13th December will be available for return up to and including 18th December : — First-class 20s Second-class 13s 6d Ordinary single fare tickets issued at Caversbam, E.'bow, and intermeiiate stations (including branches) to Invercargill, on 12th and 13 th December, will be available for return up to and including 16th December, and similar ticketß issued at stations between Kinston and Elbow on the 13th, will be available for return on Friday, 15th De;ember. In addition to ordinary trains, a special stock train, with carriage attached, will leave Invercargill at 6.30 a.m., arriving Riverton 8.55 a.m.; and a special mixed train will leave Riverton 6.0 p.m., arriving Invercargill 8.15 p.m. Specials will also leave Riverton for Colac 9.0 a.m. and 5.0 p.m., and Colac for Riverton 9.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. Ordinary Single Fare Tickets to Riverton issued by Elbow, Gore, Bluff, and intermediate stations on 6th and 7th December, will be available for return up to and including Friday, Bth December.
