Co.) The property will be offered in one lot, and comprises 5 acres of freehold land, one 16-h.p, engine, 1 donkey do, benches, planing machine, laths, saws, belting, shafting, pulleys, trollies, several miles of tramway, 14 bullocks, yokes, and chains, 2 draught horses, and harness.
