In the .House .of Commons to-day Sir Charles Dilke, Under Secretary for Foreign Affairs,* announced that the Powers had decided to abandon the proposal to arbitrate for the settlement of the Greek frontier question^ but would still Htrive to bring aboil) a complete and peaceful settlement of the* difficulty. The debate on ,the .Address in Reply w<is resumed "in the -louse of Commons today, and some/other amendments proposed by Lish members were rejected by over-' whelming majorities. The Address was finally 041 ned .by an almost unanimous vote of the House.
