' Hour of meeting. — The discussion upon T&x JDenniston's motion re changing the hour of meeting from 12.30 p.m. to 11 a.m., was resumed. The mojon was ■ supported by Messrs Kinross and Pr^tt, - and .the mover, and opposed by Messrs Lumsden and Toshach. Ultimately it was 1 withdrawn, the members favoring the ' change' not wishing to incommode any of their colleagues. ' ' The other business transacted was of an unimportant nature.
