Co.) reports : — Fat cattle axe in fair supply, and meet with a steady market at fiom 27s Gd to 30s for very prime, aud 25s for medium to good. C. Sproull. 102 brought 9s : pure Lincoln ewes brought from 16s, to 21s, the latter figure being obtained for some very superior 2tooths, from the* X)atlands Estate. At Gore, on the 2Gth inst., we submitted 6500 veiy superior sheep, from Cauterbuiy, aud sold 42Q0 at satisfactory, rates. 2j i, and 6-tooth ewes bringing from 9s to 9s 6d. Grain. —Wheat continues dull at late quotations viz., 3s 6d t0.,3s 9d for good' milling, prime ',do, 4s. Oats aie-.coming forward freely,-,but no definite values can yet be quoted, fair feed,is offering at 2s Gd to 2s Bd. and prime* milling 3s. March 28th, 1879. -
