School Committee will bear in mind that the election of three members to fill the vacancies on the Education Board caused by the rethement of Messrs Lumsden, McArdell, and Mackintosh are close at hand: The elections will be made out of the following nominations — Messrs G. Lumsden, W. H. Hall, T. Perkins, J. McArdell, T Pratt, K. Eose, J. E. Cuthbert&on, D. L. Mathcson, of Invercargill-,-J. Morrison,' Dipton; J. Wilson, Waianiwa ; A. Kinross, Myross Bush ; J. E. Attwood ; Fortrose ; C. Cowan, Benmore ; and J. Fullurton, Eiveiton. The voting papers for every school committee selecting from the above list of nominations must be sent in to the Education Board by the 28th of this month, and on the 7th of next month when the next meeting of the Board takes place, the votes will be examined, and the result of the election declared.
