COUNTY COUNCIL ELECTION.
Our Gore correspondent informs us that the election of a representative for the Gore Riding in the Southland County Council, resulted, at the poUing on Friday last, 1 in -the return" of Mr Mac Gibbon, by a majority of 115 votes.. , The numbers polled by the other two candidates, Messrs Bree and Powdrell, were not given.
