Hennesy (case), 335; quarter, L 9 3s; kerosene, Is 8d; patna, 16s; Adelaide flour, 13s 5d to 13s lOd; do wheat, 5s 3d. There is no 1 New Zealand wheat or oats here. Raven twist, Is 6d to Is 7d; candles, Id. Chbistohiibch, Jan. 10. Harvest prospects are exceedingly encouraging and the wheat yield will be greater than anticipated. The oafc crop is reported to be a larger acreage than last year. Reports as to the barley crop are conflicting and no reliable information can be given at present; the general impression.is that the yield will be light. Old s wheat is worth' 4s) tne demand ia nominal; flour, dull, L 9 10s to LIO IOs; oats are declining, in the face of the approaching 1 harvest, for feed 3s 6d and for milling 3s 9d is quoted; barley, nil.
