The Russian troops at San Stef anp embark to-morrow. The British fleet in the Sea of Marmora leave immediately afterwards. The evacuation of Batoum takes place in a fortnight.
VIENNA, August 18. The Austrians gained a complete victory over the Bosnians at Delilovis.
