A CORRECTION.
Fditob TrICBS,— I have to draw your attention to two deserepancies in your report of my address to the ratepayers. Yon have quoted the names of the four Councillors who voted against applying for the jetty siding, as voting for it. Secondly, you make it appear that I wished to give a bill at 5 per cent on aceountt of "Insurance of gas plant, instead of drawing a Bill of Exchange at 60 days- at five shillings per cent on London.— Yours Ac., ' Josbph Hatch Invercargill, July So,rtß7B.
