MONET TO LEND. mHE IEYERCAKGIIL PERMANENT 1 BUILDING LOAN AND INTESTMENT SOCIETY advances money on the security of freehold and leasehold property in sums to suit borrowers from £25 upwards, repayable by instalments from 1 to 12 years as per example, as follows : — Borrowers of £100 for say 3 years, repay to the Society by monthly instalments of £3 8s 6d the sum of £123 6s od, or £100 principal, and interest £23 6s Od, or at the rate of 1\ per cent, per annum. Eorrowers of £100 for 5 years, repay by monthly instalments of £2 ss, the sum of £135, being £100 principal and £35 interest, or exactly 7 per cent, per annum.
