IT is hereby notified that at a first meeting of creditoie of the said Thomas Pratt and James Mentiplay, held at the District Court Office, Invercargill, on Thursday, 16th day of March, 1876, it was resolved that the affairs of the said Thomas Pratt and James Mentis play, should be liquidated undor the said Act. And that H. JB. Glegg and Fredeiick Nutter, of Invercargil), were appointed Trustees of the said Estate ; and, further, that the said resolution and the declarations by the said U.B. Glegg and Frederick JS utter of their acceptance of the office of Trustees hove been duly filed. All proof of debts in the said Estate shall hereafter be forwarded to the Trustees.
