NOTICE is hereby given that Matthew Tweedie, of Wyndham, in the province of 01 ago, in the Colony of New Zealand, flourmiller, was this day adjudicated a Bankrupt on his own petition, and that the first meeting of creditors has been appointed to be held on Monday, the twenty eighth day of June instant, at the office of the District Court, Invercargill, at four o'clock in the afternoon, at which time and place the Bankrupt is to surrender.
