The Vivians. — These artists, in conjunction with Miss Jenny Nye, have been drawing good houses at the Theatre Royal during the present week. On Tuesday evening the programme was a most pleasing one, and the several items — particularly the last — Helen md Modus (Miss Nyo and Mr Wotton) — were rendered with much ability. The Company proceeds to Riverton to-day, but wo believe that on their return they intend reappearing at the Theatre Royal, where we hope to see their admirers again rallying around them. We are requested to call attention to an alteration iv the advertisement of Capt. Inverarity's properties, it having been decided to sell the section in Esk-street, adjoining Mr Hare's store, in two allotments.
