NOTICE is hereby given, that the business heretofore carried on by Matthew Instone, David Murchie, and John Concher, at Riverton, in Otago, as sawmillers and timber merchants, under the firm of " Concher and Company," was dissolved on or about the twenty-Bixth day of September lost, by mutual consent, so far as regards the said John Concher, who assigned his interest to Caleb Small ; and that the said business in future will be carried on by the said Matthew Instone, David Murchie, and Caleb Small, under the firm of Small and Company, who are authorised to receive all debts owing to the late Firm of Concher and Company.
