One 2-shear ram is by Volunteer, the best Lincoln tarn ever produced by Mr Kirkham, They were bred by Mr H. M'lnder, the noted nvm breeder of Langton Grange, Lincolnshire, and are descended from the stock of Mr Kirkham, of Biscathorpe, for 25 years. A sufficient guarantee for the quality of the present importation is fouud in the well known judgment of Messrs Sutton, in whose opinion this is the best lot of Lincoln s imported into New Zealand.
