Wellington, Sept. 19. The Governor's cruise will probably last about three Weeks. Lady Fergusson's health is much better. The younger members of the family will go home in the Halcione. His Excellency will leave on or about the time that the Marquis of Normanby is relieved by Mr Cairns of tbe Government of Queensland, probably early in December. A requisition requesting George Hunter, Esq., M.H.R., to become a candidate for the Mayoralty is now being carried round for signature.
