Bluff, March 17. The ship May Queen baa taken advantage of the calm to-day to drop down to the lower -anchorage off the Pilot station, where she will be all ready for the first fair wind, which we trust will not be long in coming. The cutter Nelly has jus*; came to an anchor -■at the Point. She brings Mr Stout (at present a resident at Stewart's Island) over to the suffering severely from rheumatic fever.
