Messbs Reynolds &- Co. have therefore to announce that arrangements have been made to publish a work of; the above description. The first number will appear in December next. . As a work of reference to' the business portion of the community, the importance of a reliable Directory cannot be over-estimated. . The farming community will -find useful and necessary information contained in the proposed j work, and as a guide book to nautical men, in obtaining sailing directions, tides, signals, &c., the Directory will supply a long-felt want. ; The volume ; will contain .an ' epitome, of the history and • position of the Province, its resources, acreage, land regulations, and further information of general interest. As the. expense of compiling a work of this nature will be considerable* the Publishers solicit the liberal support of the inhabitants of the Province.
