THE WEATHER,

The unprecedented amount of wet and etortny weather we have experienced this spring has greatly disappointed new arrivals. The followingare accurate meteorological observations for October and November, during the last five years. By comparison it will be perceived that the mean temperature of the present season ia 0-9 deg. belo*v the average, and the amount of rain treble the average, while the number of rainy days exceeds by three fue total of the four previous years. Heavy westerly gales, with rain, hail, and even snow have been very prevalent.
