The notorious Miramon, ex-president of the Republic of Mexico, has arrived in Paris. The Spanish journals say that Murat (who according to Francis IPs statement to the English Charge d' Affairs, has no chance of getting Naples) is destined to be King of Mexico. Tho French government is raising recruits in the colonies of Martinique and Guadaloupe, to aid the Mexican expedition ; the offioial phrase is that the inhabitants of these countries have humbly petitioned to be allowed to take part in the war.
