'Hit; monthly stock sale was held at Shannon yards yesterday, there being a lair entry of cattle, but only a few sheep, came forward. There was a good attendance of buyers and prices realised were on a par with late sales. Only a few; sheep, were offered, but these did not change hands. The following are the prices realised for cattle: Fat cows £5 16s to £lO, forward cows £7t 10s to £4 17s 6d, store cows £2 to £3, yearling heifers £3 5s to £3 lis, Jersey bulls £3 to £7 10s, pedigree Jersey bull 12gns, good dairy cows to £lO 10s, medium dairy cows £i to £8 10s.
