Watson, of Gis-, borne, .a winner at the Napier; competitions, She was also second in the ; vocal operatic solo, with her rendering of “Rose Softly Blooming.” Miss Pickles secured first honours in the violin solo intermezzo from “Cavaliera Rusticana.”
