At a meeting of the stewards of the Wellington Racing Club the running of Frost in the Hurdle Race on Saturday was again considered. At the meeting on the course it had been decided to disqualify the horse during the pleasure of the club, but the stewards now decided to disqualify the owner (Walter Best), the rider (W. Nearyj and horse for twelve months. The stakes won by Melwood have been withheld, pending an enquiry which will be held into his running on Monday.
