He has been charged whih poisoning the Dowager’s favourite eunuch. Junglu has a fine body of organ ised turoops under his command. The hatred of the official clique is especially directed against Greit Britain, for urging clean administration, and for sheltering reformers. This feeling extends throughout the Empire.
