Owing to closing two refineries at Greenock, the supply of sugar is curtailed by 2000 tons per week. Sydney, November 25. The experiment of sending mandarin oranges and lemons to London packed in ti-tree bark has resulted successfully. A very small percentage of the fruit was damaged.
