Washington, August 15. The Secretary to the Treasury supports the Bill introduced by Mr Voorhees increasing the circulation of the National Banks to the full amount of the bonds deposited. This, it is estimated, will give a total increase of currency to the amount o£ 19,000,000 dollars.
