(By Telegraph.) University College at WellingtonWELLINGTON. August 15. The deputation which is to wait on the Government to urge the establishment of a university college at Wellington will suggest that the ministerial residence, Tinakori Road, which was in the occupation of the late Mr Hallanoe until his death, bo used for a university until a building can be erected. The Government will also be urged to grant an endowment of land.
