Be Grade and Maclean, application for Deputy Assignee’s costs, by Mr White. Be D. M. Ross, for settlement of oases (two) of appeal in re Joseph Hume Bower, and Josephine Oswald Bower.—Mr Postlethwaite for the Bowers, Mr Einnerney for the Assignee. PROBATE. Mr Salmond will apply for probate of the will of the late William Christmas, farmer, of Milford.
Mr Raymond will apply for probate of the will of the late Andrew McCormack, contractor, of Timaru.
