DUNEDIN, July 20.
The Trades and Labour Council have passed a resolution that in the event of tbe Government deciding to start tailors' shops, one should be established in each centra. A resolution was also carried, in favour of fixing Saturday as a compulsory half-holiday in Dunedin and tbe adjoining districts.
